Worth The Additional Fuss (WTAF) Shawl
Worth The Additional Fuss (WTAF) Shawl
Extra times call for extra measures.
The original WTF - Worth the Fuss - Shawl was a single skein asymmetric shawl which used 100g sockweight yarn.
It’s big sister - the WTAF uses two complimentary skeins to create a larger and much more wrappable version. In order to maximise yarn usage and make the shawl as large as possible you switch over the MC/CC partway through.
You work with the MC and use CC for the eyelets until you are about halfway through and then you switch them around.
Then end result is a generously wrappable shawl - well worth the additional fuss.
